Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Dispatches are made on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- After dispatch, tracking details are shared by email and/or SMS when available.
Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your pincode and courier network.
- Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, remote-area routing, or other factors outside our control. We’ll keep you informed where possible.
Shipping Partners & Charges
- We ship via trusted courier partners (including Shiprocket’s network and others as applicable).
- Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
- A GST invoice is provided with each order.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Email care@planefold.com with your order number.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect/insufficient address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost in Transit
- If the package arrives damaged or items are missing, email care@planefold.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product.
- Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier and resolved per the carrier’s claim process.
